Excellent location close to several transport options. Very safe, quiet area and good security at the front desk which is manned 24 hours. Nice comfortable clean apartments. Good gym, large outdoor terrace with seating (never busy) and free self serve laundry, washers and driers. A few details, wash ion colours setting takes just over one hour and coffee machine uses small neaprsso capsules. Quick 3 short block walk to Panadería Rosetta Puebla.

So I stayed here for a month and had a great experience for many different reasons. Starting off, the area is very safe! Of course always be careful, but I never felt unsafe here. There’s security always on as well. Aside from that, you are so close to many wonderful places. You can walk to many different neighborhoods, restaurants, bars, etc. Some of the best food I had was right down the block, food that I’ll forever crave. You can easily walk to many shops (like the mall) or weekend markets. The service- I thought that the customer service was very good. The front desk was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help and make ur stay easy. I think he’s a manager, but one of the main men who also spoke English there, was always checking in on me to make sure my stay was good so I appreciated that. I don’t know everyone’s names but one person that was especially helpful and went above and beyond was Jordan. He was a friendly face in the hotel and when I needed help, he stepped up. I also picked a room with a balcony, and the view I had was so beautiful. You could see the city, the sunset, and the faint noise down below of music and people, which is always comforting to me. It’s also a plus that the streets below aren’t too crazy busy. They love to honk in Mexico City haha but you couldn’t really hear it in this location. The place was pretty clean as well, and if you ever needed anything for your room, they had pots and pans but you could always ask for extra. So for me on my travels, I really enjoyed staying here. Laundry was easy and they have a decent gym and public patio. I would recommend it to anyone else. My only feedback for the hotel would be this: please get better trash cans. When cooking, you need to throw the bags out often so that you can’t smell the food. Also, mosquitos tend to sneak in if you leave the door open, so a screen door for the patio would be nice so that you can have the air flow without mosquitos. The bathroom showers could use re-tiling too, otherwise I thought everything was clean.

Great location, large rooms with kitchen. Very useful especially when traveling with kids. Staff is friendly and helpful to get you around the city. There is a game room, a gym and terrace on the second floor. Overall very clean and comfortable. Only downside is water pressure and temperature.

This is a very nice apartment style hotel for families. Location is great. Staff is really really nice. The gym was a nice surprise - clean and modern with cardio equipment and weights in good condition. It's near lots of bars and restaurants but on a side street so noise is not a major issue. Decor is simple but clean and modern. Our 2BR reminded me a bit of a nice grad student apartment at a college. Beds were great. Water pressure was fine/not great and other than the master BR which had the deck it was a bit dark. But net-net if was great for a family looking for a spacious and convenient base to explore Roma and and CDMX. Recommended.

Absolutely great long-term hotels stay in the middle of Mexico City. This is our first time in the city, and the staff here is incredibly welcoming. Notably Edmundo went above and beyond to help us settle in for the business trip. He helped us book private drivers, make sure we were very comfortable in our room. Connected with other Uliv properties for us. This room was extremely big, with two bedrooms. Very clean, great amenities with a kitchen, and a great balcony in the master bedroom with the grandiose view of the city. Would definitely come back.
